Carnival Breeze - Blue Hole Eco Tour

We're sailing on the Carnival Breeze this Saturday and have some questions about the Blue Hole Eco Tour (ship tour) in the Dominican Republic. The tour is a 6 hour tour beginning at 10 am (completion at 4 pm) The Breeze leaves the Dominican Republic at 4 pm. Does anyone know what time you actually get back to the dock and how much time there is to get back on the ship? Also, do you recommend the tour?

If it's a ship sponsored tour. The ship will wait for you if there is a delay. But I'd rather doubt you'll have any time at the port. Head out to the Caribbean Ports boards and find the sub forum for Amber Cove. Since this is a fairly new port of call and a Carnival Lines port, you might find others who have done the excursion.

If you are leaving on the Breeze this Saturday you are going to La Romana, not Amber Cove ;) Also, it is Daylight Savings the first night we get on the ship (March 12th) so I am thinking you will arrive back by 3pm.
