Immigration delay for Freedom today

Recommended Posts

We are currently waiting for Customs and immigration. They have put a hold on all disembark ation. The delay is approaching 40 minutes.

I am not sure if the self assist folks got off or not, and we are staying on for a b2b, so it doesn't really affect us.

But the ship is full of impatient folks.

Another reason not to book that early flight out of MCO.

Exact same thing happened on March 6th. At around 9:15 they shut down the disembarkation line due to being overwhelmed in the baggage area. The delay lasted about 20-30 minutes before they began letting passengers off again.

2 weeks in a row. Good job, Homeland Security. Can't wait to see how 'efficient' you are when the Oasis comes down later this year. Though, it can't be any worse than the 3 out of 10 immigration gates you were using at Port Everglades when we disembarked in 2014.
