Celebrity Staff Levels

We have recently returned from a cruise on Equinox and were shocked at the lack of staff in the bars and eateries. We constantly struggled to get served with drinks and actually gave up on the Martini Bar (first time in many cruises). The cynic in me thinks that now many people have the "free" drinks package, they have switched their business model. Instead of cohorts of staff constantly on hand to encourage you to buy drinks, they seem to be maximising profits by actively making it difficult. Has none else noticed this trend?

We commented on this on our recent Reflection cruise. We found that the staff in the bars and the Opus dining room were run off their feet! They were definitely understaffed. Most tried to be friendly and they were almost always smiling but it was obvious that there should have been more help.
