Vista Class Mid-Ship VA Cabins

Looking ahead to a cruise next year and we are considering the Zuiderdam. There are four VA Verandah cabins just forward of the mid-ship elevators on Navigation Deck 8. Overhead on the Lido Deck 9, there appears to be part of the Lido Bar and Terrace Grill above these cabins. Are these storage rooms, washrooms, or?

The two on the starboard side are under the Dive-In kitchen. (If you are looking at plans that say Terrace Grill they are old.) Not sure what's on the port side.

There is a review somewhere on CC that made me think the starboard Deck 8 VA's midship got too much noise, forget if day or night. Since I was only interested in starboard for our Panama Canal cruise, I chose the two near the elevator on Deck 6.
