BCCRUSINGCOUPLE Posted March 18, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 18, 2016 Just a quick question if you book with princess and within 24 hrs there is a price change ex lower fare do they do anything for you if you call in. We booked last night and notice tonight fare is down by few $$$. I thought somewhere i read they change the fair but i can't find anything. If not, and it was only 24 hours it is probably worth a phone call although I don't think you are guaranteed anything but it is worth a shot. cruiseintoheaven Posted March 18, 2016 #5 Share Posted March 18, 2016 Absolutely call - if final payment is not due yet you should have no problem having your cruise re-fared at the lower price. This can be done multiple times if reductions are available until final payment (sometimes even after), just be aware that if you booked under a promotion you might loose any perks that you got when you booked - do the math and good luck! Call and ask for OBC for the difference. The rate on my cruise on the 26th (Grand out of SF) went down quite a bit. While I didn't get the full difference between my fare and the new fare (it was about $250 if memory serves), I did get an additional $75 per person OBC.
