BettyB2 Posted October 14, 2005 #3 Share Posted October 14, 2005 Aft balconies are in the back of the ship and usually are the same price as the regular balconies. The balconies on an aft cabin are a little deeper than the regular balconies. Corner aft balconies are category 9A and are more expensive. Most say take an aft balcony if you can for the same price...... What deck are you looking to book on? I see on the floor plans that there are aft balconies on Upper, Empress and Verandah decks and you can get them for the same price as any balcony on that deck. Hope you have a great cruise:)

serene56 Posted October 14, 2005 #5 Share Posted October 14, 2005 Achtern bedeutet das hintere, oder die Hinterseite, vom Schiff. bless you Pete.. if you get a balcony on the upper deck- its the same price as a cat 8A if you get a balcony on the Empress deck its the same price as a 8B. Looking at the corner ones... those are 9A and the cost a bit more then a regular balcony cabin. Best bet--empress deck. 8B
