Lido Balcony

We have had both. The lido is nice because it's so close to the lido area. But you can't beat the view from a cove. We picked a cove on our upcoming b2b on the breeze.

I love to sit out on my Balcony during sail away and i am worried the Lido balcony wont be as relaxing

I can't make an accurate comparison as I have never been in a cove....but that being said I have no interest in the coves, so my vote is for the Lido balcony. I don't like the fact that they seem closed in, no glass railing etc.

We had Lido balconies on our past 2 Breeze cruises and absolutely LOVE them!

They are so quiet, as there are doors out to the hall, before the doors out to the actual Lido deck.

People have a misconception that these cabins are noisy, and that couldn't be further from the truth. They are SO convenient to EVERYTHING.

If you want to run back and use your OWN bathroom during the day.

If you want to run and grab a coffee to enjoy on your balcony in the morning.

If you want to go get a pillow to enjoy the Dive In Movies.

You will NOT be disappointed with your choice.

As far as price drops, YES.

We booked an 8 night Southern in July of 2014.

3 people in a Lido cabin we paid $4200.

After all of our price drops, we were down to $2700.

There was just ONE cabin left for about two months.

Good luck and Enjoy!:D:D

You are very welcome!!

You are going to LOVE them.

For us, we can only do them on the Dream class ( Dream, Magic, and Breeze and soon to be Vista)

All of the other classes of ships do not allow 3 in a Lido Balcony:mad::mad:

Enjoy the cruise and good luck with the price drops.

P.S. Check as many times a day as you can. I was very persistent.:D
