Yes it's been doing that for the past few days. I gave up and just bought OBC. Pretty much the same thing.

On our past cruise, I checked the website for gifts and then called the phone number listed and ordered the credits thru their agent with my credit card and they were waiting for me when I boarded.

That's how we purchased casino credits which we cashed out at the casino's cage instead of carrying too much cash to a month long South America cruise for additional cash tips & independent tours.
