But once my husband returned from working overseas I cooked more for him and was not so disciplined. I only need to lose a stone or 14 pounds . I swim every morning for half an hour , plus I walk the dog and work in a thrift shop for three hours,so let's see how it goes. Anyone care to be a diet buddy. Just google the diet and join me .
