sherease23 Posted March 29, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2016 My child is potty trained but at his age if you don't ask him he'll have an accident so my question is will the people watching my two-and-a-half year old ask him or take him to the restroom frequently or are they going to expect him to tell them when he has to go? JinxyB Posted March 29, 2016 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2016 They probably won't be able to do this even though it doesn't hurt to ask. I wouldn't count on it, I guess is what I'm saying. They don't help them in the bathroom with underwear, clothes and wiping. I would take my 2 y/o to the bathroom right before dropping him off and would pick him up after like 2 hours because I didn't want him to have an accident. luvsviola Posted March 29, 2016 #3 Share Posted March 29, 2016 They expect kids to tell them. We always sent my daughter in a pull up at that age. She was in underpants the rest of the time.

I have a two almost 3 year old and he was potty training. I let them know when i would drop him off to ask him. The lady informed that they would do their best and advise me to bring extra set of clothes. They are allowed to change that age group up til 3 so if he does have an accident, just have extra clothing on hand and they will change him for you. Of course for me this was on the magic when we sail.
