Finally booking Disney cruise

It is the current going rate on DCL. That's really all you can say if you wish to cruise Disney.

It is well above my personal "willing to spend" max for DCL or any other line. There are several dates when you can get 7 nights on DCL in a balcony for 2 in April and May for $3000. Your transportation to the port expenses won't change whether the cruise is 3 nights or 7 nights; I tend to look at the cost of the vacation as a whole.

There are lots of other lines that will give you a 4 night or 7 night cruise for fewer dollars than this. But then, I'm that person who after 30 DCL cruises is exploring other lines because DCL has boring ports and high prices. $250 per person per night is too rich for my blood. But it probably wouldn't have been in the era when I cruised with a 4 year old. It just depends on what you want.
