Baltics Cruise in May 2006

We are going on a Princess cruise to baltics in May, have not settled yet on an airline, or a hotel for our precruise stay... Any suggestions, we are looking at Icelandair, has anyone had good experience with them.

Welcome to CruiseCritic. I went on my 2nd Baltics cruise in late August of this year, and I found the Baltics board on this web site to be very helpful, even for my repeat trip. There are lots of Princess Baltics cruisers who post on that board, and there's a wealth of information on your ports. You might also want to check in on the roll call board for your sailing to meet your fellow passengers in advance, form private tour groups for St. Petersburg (I highly recommend a private tour there with Denrus), etc.

We flew KLM to Copenhagan and SAS home from Stockholm. Both were good no complaints.

Since you didn't mention where the cruise starts from cannot comment on hotels.
