Coral Breeze just cancelled my reservation

2 hours ago, I went on Coral Breeze website and reserved our excursion to Shark Ray Alley/Caye Caulker for next week. I paid my deposit and immediately I was sent a confirmation email. An hour ago, I received another email from Mark at Coral Breeze telling me that they're deleting my reservation and refunding me the deposit, because there are 2 other ships that they'll be servicing that day and Triumph isn't one of them. It's disappointing, and now I need to find another tour company that will pick us up from the pier and take us to the same locations. Does anyone have any recommendations of who we can use? Thanks in advance for any help.....

Try Caveman Snorkleing Tours. We have reservations with them next week!

Try Belize Exotic Adventures, really good reviews on trip advisor which is how I found them. My group used them to see Mayan ruins in Feb [fantastic!!!], but they also offer snorkeling tours to Caye Caulker as well and I plan on using them next year as we hope to go back.
