My Problem with the Pacific Aria

sorry you had that experience. disappointing/costly and annoying. zero concern for you when your flowers were switched by the cruise line. why could they not source other flowers? who was the recipient of your flowers?

amazing lack of respect by the cruise line. yes correct to expose such behaviour and yes an official apology required.

G'day all,

I have just got off the phone call from P&O. They were most apologetic about the incident with the flowers & they did offer a $100 discount each off a future cruise. I thanked her for taking the time to call at last.

But will not be cruising with them in the future.

This subject is closed for me
