halloween masquerade ball?

In 2003 we were on the Conquest for Halloween - the Halloween festivities went FAR beyond my expectations. We came back from a port day to find the entire promenade deck fully decorated, as well as the atrium and the elevators. There was a haunted house, a big dance party for the kids, and trick or treating. It was amazing. Man, now I'm regretting not booking a Halloween cruise this year!

From what I understand, they always have some sort of party, wear a costume or not... I don't know that I would call it a ball though :D Probably more like a deck party I would imagine. Have you asked anyone on your roll call? Call Carnival... just take a costume, you can guarantee there will be people dressed up on Halloween night :D
