I just booked my first cabin on the Lido deck. I am pretty excited. Just wondering what everyones experiences are with those cabins? Any pro's and con's? Its a short weekend cruise but I am still excited to be close to the pool and food.

We had a balcony halfway from the elevators to the front of the ship. It was just a short walk to the deck on the nose of the ship. This deck extends over the parts of the bridge that jut out. Great view but windy. Cabin was good and it was nice being close to the food areas.

We were on the Victory last week - we were on Lido in BAL cabin 9287 - it was the third door from the end - the good end where all the action is ! The a/c worked great and although I was concerned about the possible noise being so close to the open deck - it wasn't a problem for us.

I could hear the odd laughter and talking coming from the hallway but nothing that would have kept us up and bothered us. Also, one afternoon I could hear some music and a DJ, but only when I was sitting out on the balcony and it was not overly loud.

I think you will be happy with your cabin - its so convenient - I would definitely stay in the same cabin again ! :D

Loved Lido balcony cabin on Splendor. Right next to the jumbo screen b/c it was gty cabin. Thought i would be annoyed by noise. Totally quiet and loved the convenience to the food and activities.
