Pools on Sky and Dawn

Ok, so yes, this is a silly question.

I know that both of these ships have "kids pools" which are really more like splash areas (2 feet deep or less). My DD4 will be fine with that, but my DS7(will be 8), likes to swim for real in pools instead of just splashing around.

Are kids allowed in any of the main pools, or are they adults only?

Thanks!

My son was 10 when we went on the Dawn. He enjoyed the kids pool area at the back of the ship. The pools weren't deep but I wouldn't call them "splash areas" only. He also liked the main pools on the Dawn as well. Tip - the hot tubs in the kids area in the back of the ship are GREAT for parents! No one was ever in them!
