This illustrates an important point in that even though Obama and company think they are "freeing up" Cuba, the Castros and their cronies are very much in control and very very hesitant to give up anything that could potentially subvert that control.

This attention seeking and frivolous lawsuit will result in one thing and one thing only. They will manage to prevent a US operational company from doing business, leaving the market of cruising to Cuba to foreign companies such as Celestyl. And to think of the amount of commerce Carnival Corp. brings to southern Florida.

Perhaps their action does bring credence to the Cuban position of not allowing these people into their country.
