Elite De-barkation how does it work?

When Princess leaves the form in our cabin for Disembarkation Travel Arrangements, we fill it out: Elite request PLEASE. First ASSISTED would be greatly appreciated since we have a long drive home.

We've always been assigned to the first assisted group without a problem.

By ASSISTED are you referring to the wheelchair assistance? Thanks.

Not wheelchair assistance. No clue how that works. :o

Princess calls it assisted when we leave our luggage outside the cabin the night before and they picked it up for us so it's in baggage claim when we get off the ship to go through customs.

Rather than the unassisted where you carry all of your luggage off your own self.

On our last 3 cruises we looked at where we would be for debarkation after we received list of places and color code............we then changed to color code that put us in an area that we did not have to use stairs or elevator to leave ship and changed to that venue......we are elite and the lounge is usually in a large area that requires steps or elevator to exit ship.....

this is easier for us with carry off items
