You could always try Azamara's UK managing director Richard Twynam RTwynam@azamaraclubcruises.com

Richard is always happy to help and can certainly get someone to investigate for you, although if you have booked via a TA they should be on the case for you.

Hi , I have received a response today from Customer services as Richard is away.We aren't entitled to any OBC because of the type of booking we made,not very clear on what type of booking you would need to get it. Not very happy but nothing we can do about it.🤔🤔
