Yes fool calls are where you find others on your cruise. However, don't have high expectations of this. On the non US sailings, roll calls tend to be very quiet with few contributors. Combination of not that many English speakers onboard and of those not many heard of cruise critic.

 

In my experience with MSC, Bridge tournaments and lessons tend to only happen on the long repositioning cruises where there are a lot of sea days.

 

Hopefully you may find someone who'll want to play.
