there's no one definitive list that I am aware of.

 

You can try to Google your ship and sail date and see if anything shows up on anyone's travel agency website. That sometimes works.

 

But if it's a private group, not open to public bookings, then there's probably no way to know.

 

For instance, and I'm not sure this would qualify as a "large group" but on a recent cruise there were over 100 members of a wedding party -- friends and family of the bride and groom. Obviously something like that wouldn't show up on any travel agency site.
