NYC Docks what are they like?

I'm Cruising March 5th 2006 from NYC to Florida/Bahamas. My question is if I arrive early (11:00 am) at the NYC docks on 3/5/06, is there anywhere to sit indoors (heated:p ), or are you outdoors (in March:mad: ), and are there any handicapped bathrooms available at the NYC docks?:confused: Is there a Web Page that show the NYC docks waiting area? Thanks in advance.

You can wait inside. Chances are if you arrive at 11, you may already be able to board.

You can wait inside. But one warning - the entire pier area can be jammed with people if there is more than one ship there.
