caribbean princess- How do I know the location of the bed??

A related issue.

 

 

 

One cruise our head pointed towards the bow. Mostly it's been the other way. Any way to check this.

On Princess, the cabins are in pairs and every other bed faces towards the bow. I believe someone had attempted to start a thread to list which way beds faced but it didn't move forward.

Just off the Caribbean Princess (3.20 through 4.10 cruise) and the bed in our balcony state room (A317) was not by the balcony.

 

It is only like 3 steps to the balcony.

Thank you to everyone that answered my question. I really appreciate it. I guess this ship is different than some others we have been on. I know royal and celebrity have some cabins where the bed is next to the balcony. Thanks again:)

 

On every Celebrity, Royal Caribbean (and even Carnival) ship we have been on, the bed is next to the balcony. On every Princess ship, the bed is at the other end of the stateroom. We very much prefer the Princess configuration.

 

Just another of the many little things that make Princess our favorite!
