Magic cabin upgrade question

Our cruise in October will be our first time on the Magic and we are currently booked in a balcony room on Deck 6. We got an offer to upgrade to a balcony room on Deck 11 for a total of $40. Is it worth it? Can anyone offer any pros or cons? Thanks!

A cabin on Deck 6 will be just above the lanai and a lot of public areas that could be noisy. A certain number of the cabins on Deck 11 have the Waterworks above them. It would help to know the cabin numbers. Also being higher and forward can cause some people problems with seasickness.
