loyalty match update

If anyone has been waiting for loyalty match update I called yesterday and spoke to a lady that is in the loyalty approval department and she said there website where you submit for loyalty match is not working so anyone who submitted on there won't be done - I submitted mine around the 15th and called to check on it - So she took the information over the phone then emailed me forms to print sign and scan back to them

One would think they would take that part of the website down instead of waiting for people to call or at least tell other staff members about it being down as I talked to a consultant twice and brought up the loyalty match so they should have mentioned it then

What is a " Loyatly Match"? Does this mean MSC will match other cruise lines loyalty programs?

Had the same issues, just got off the phone (on hold for 30 minutes...yikes) and she could not find our request, so she took it over the phone and emailed us our MSC level; Black with 10,000 points. Not sure what the points are, but I'm not calling back to ask right now. Maybe I can find out on their website.
