Night Owls on first night?

Is Night Owls (the paid option) available on the first night? I know the regular kids camp is closed on the first day, but I feel like I remember the paid evening option being available on our last cruise. We'll be on the Ecstasy, if that makes a difference.

It has been open on our last 5 cruises so I would assume it will be for you.

We just got off the Ecstasy April 25. Camp Ocean was open the first night until 830pm for registration only. From 830-10pm they had activities. After 10pm was night owls. We didn't use night owls that night because my 6 year old wanted to come to the show with us. Night Owls was 6.75 per hour per child with 20% tip automatically added.
