Help with flight times

We are sailing out of San Juan in March. We are looking at a flight leaving San Juan at 12:40 and one departing at 2:40. Not having sailed out of San Juan before which would be the better flight? Any help and information would be appreciated.

You should not have a problem making either flight.

We walked off ship ourselves early and the cabs are waiting in line - you should not have a problem
