Need Main Dining Room Themes/Menus for Alaska Next Month on EOS

We will be sailing 7 nights to Alaska on the Explorer of the Seas in June (next month!) and I have had no luck finding the menus or "themed" nightly schedule for the main dining room. We were looking to book a night or two at Chops and wanted to see what we would be missing in the MDR first! I have usually been able to find this info for past sailings but have had no luck this time. Maybe it is because the EOS info isn't as widely available as some of the bigger/newer ships or maybe it is because of the limited time they run this itinerary. Either way, any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
