Does Britannia TVs have HDMI sockets ?

Yes but I could not get the tv turn over to the input. Must have locked the software somehow

I think that there was a similar question in the past and the general thing seems to be they have shut down most of the things that people can play with on the tv, so (a) you do not have people plugging things in that may have viruses on them (b) change the setting on the tv to the extent that though it may be perfect for them, the next person in that cabin has to call someone out to correct the (insert which one-sound-balance etc etc)

Staff program each TV with a laptop through the ethernet port on the TV which stops any unauthorised usage. When Ant & Dec were on board they had to go to each individual cabin to set up the TVAV to receive the signal feed.
