Radiance just drifting in the Pacific

Radiance was enroute from dry dock in Portland to Vancouver. For the last 4 hours she has been drifting off shore. Her arrival time in Vancouver has been changed twice in the last 3 hours. Now not arriving until 10:00. Any news?

Where are you seeing arrival times? And how do you know she's drifting? I see her off the Coast of Oregon on my map, but it doesn't seem to give much more information than that.

I see her underway at 17 knots with arrival in Vancouver at 1650 UTC on the 15th. I see where she was noodling around off the coast for a few hours. Maybe they were out checking the brakes and cleaning the carburetors.

Did Radiance arrive for the 15-20th cruise into Vancouver? That is the most pressing question and I have to assume she did indeed arrive.

It looked as though she's just pulling into port according to sea scanner.
