Falmouth excursions with 2 year old (27 mo)

Will be going to Falmouth in September and I'm trying to do some research on different excursions that would fit our family. I have an extremely busy, active, and curious 2 year old boy that loves to run around, also loves water. We're looking for places that he would enjoy. Any recommendations? So far I've found: Rocklands Bird Sancuary, Jewel Runaway, Rose Hall, Turtle River Falls, Dr. Cove, Mayfield Falls, and Grond Palladium.

would love any personal reviews and reviews other places we should maybe look into

I'm not sure this is helpful since it is about an hour and a half away from where you dock in Montego Bay, but if your group wants to split up and half wants to go to Dunn's River Falls, then there is a nice animal encounter place called Dolphin Cove nearby. Dolphin Cove itself isn't worth a three hour travel time, but if someone in your group really wanted to see Dunn's River Falls it might be worth it. Dolphin's Cove has a dolphin touch program in which your child can be kissed by a dolphin, they can feed lovebirds, meet parrots, touch starfish in a touch tank and other nice hands-on animal encounters. Also, if you are near a Scotchie's, they have amazing jerk chicken.

If you were docking in Montego Bay, then I would highly recommend Dolphin's Cove for your child. But I'm not sure that alone is worth the drive - it depends on what you find closer to Falmouth (I've never been there, so can't help). Good luck!
