Taking Wine Onboard

my favorite wine story was in San Juan. we are at the CVS looking for wine to take aboard. Another couple asked us if you want us to bring a couple of bottles on for you? We said sure and we walked to the ship, boarded together and they gave us the wines after security. Since the ship did not depart until 10pm, we went back to CVS around 5pm. A couple of people with CCL lanyards were near us and asked if they could take a couple of bottles on board for us, they agreed. We had 8 bottles in our cabin closet, room steward never said a thing and always kept our ice bucket full.

Seriously? Wine from a drug store in PR? Why even bother? How did that bottle o' vinegar taste on ice?
