We are sailing on the Constellation Sept. 29, 2016. Online check-in opens July 1, 2016. Will choice air be available at that time? I can't seem to find a link to it right now. Thank you.

In my experience flights are available as soon as the airlines make them available.

Do you mean 2017? If it's 2016, you should have been able to book at the end of last yesr already.

No.

It won't "give you" transfers but if you're flying in or out on the same days as ship departures and arrivals they are available to book (for a price, of course).
