Nassau Paradise Island Mandara spa

Heading to Nassau in Nov. on Majesty of the Seas. Our ship will be in port from noon until about midnight. This is my husband's birthday cruise, so I am thinking about booking a couple's massage at the Mandara spa at Atlantis. It gives us "taking the waters" privileges. Has anyone done something like this? Can we spend several hours at the spa? They also have something called a spa villa, which is like a private couple's retreat in the spa area. Or would I be better off just using the ship's spa? Otherwise, we would probably just take a cab over and play in the casino for a while, then return to our ship. But I was hoping for something special...
