Charleston Port parking

Good/Bad/Ugly - cruising out of Charleston in Sept 2016 and would love some tips/advise.

 

We are Platinum, so i don't know if that helps with anything with the long, dreaded lines that i have heard about parking there.

Parking is controlled by the port not Carnival so your status won't help until you get into the terminal. A tip; worry about things you can change. :D Just think; you'll be on the ship soon. Repeat; you'll be on the ship soon. Start getting into vacation mode.
