Are matches available onboard NCL

With airlines now banning cigarette lighters, are matches available on

 

board? We were on the Westerdam last spring and there were no

 

matches to be had aboard.:eek: Bartenders all had Bic's, but not even

 

any lighters in the gift shop:confused: Had to wait til first port.

Yes there are matches onboard. I have had no problem carring on or packing a couple packs when flying. I even put a bic in the checked bag. No issue

Most bars aboard the ship sell cigarettes and have matches for you.

I guess your question has been answered. I remember and it has been about 5 years ago, we cruised RCI: asked for some matches: nope, don't carry them on the ship. The bar tender said it was the lines way of discouraging smoking, but we won't go there on this thread. Maybe another time. NMNita
