1st Time Booking River Cruise - Help?!?

Been looking in to a 15 Day Viking River Cruise. Trying to figure out when the best time to book it would be. Our dates are pretty set. It's for 2017. Right now I get discounted Air prices (flying out of Canada or flights would be free). Is this likely the best deal I'm going to get.
