Round trip out of San Juan

I just had a question I was hoping, first time going on NCL round trip out of San Juan.

When debarking there is self assist or it is based on your flight time when you get off and only US citizens may use self assist?

 

The only other ship that is debarking this day is the Carnival Fascination so just trying to plan my return flight, as I understand you must go through US Agriculture line first before checking into the airlines, plus security lines can be very slow? We have TSA pre check so hoping this may help? we are looking at Jetblue Flights at 11:30am or 2:15pm would it be safe to say we can make the 11:30 flight out of San Juan flying domestic?

This is the 1st time Norwegian has done the San Juan cruises since we've been NCL enthusiasts so we booked a 6:15 Southwest flight.
