Anyone off the Sensation recently? Do you know if they have the self-serve Kiosk, or do I have to wait in the dreaded customer service line? Thanks!

Just on the Sensation in May, they have the Kiosk's. :)

Yes they have the self-serve kiosks. The first day the lines at guest services and kiosks in the atrium lobby were ridiculous. The kiosk next to the coffee shop was always far less busy.

Did the Sensation have the cards to check off how many times a day you wanted your cabins cleaned? Also, did they still have to old menus or the new American menus? Thanks, we sail next month on the Sensation.:)

They did not have the cards and our cabin was serviced twice a day.
