Depends. If the driver hasnt put himself out to do anything over and above whats expected, then nothing. They get paid well and these trips are expensive for what they are.

For our family of 5, depending on the length of trip, we'd tip between 40 and 80 Euros.

The company we are using suggested 10-15% depending on how well we like the guide.

Just returned home from the July 19th sailing. We had a party of seven and had private tours at all of the ports. We only tipped on 1 tour and that was because the guide/driver went way above and beyond.

 

We even had one tour that we ended up paying less than the agreed amount due to renegotiating the cost as the tour went along.

Ridiculous!!! You do not need to tip at all and locals would only give a couple of Euros if they really enjoyed the tour. If you really feel the need to tip for exceptional service 5% is more than enough.
