shortened rhapsody 9/25

I was on the ill fated, shortened Rhapsody cruise originally booked 9/25. I opted to go on the 4 day and receive 1/2 my money back and a $100 credit toward another cruise. When should I expect to see this credit on my card and for the other cruise? We did have an awesome time so I'm glad I decided to still go. Jill

We have gotten our credit on our credit card. We have not gotten our credit certificates toward our next cruise. We have booked a Jan 29 cruise too. My TA said RCI will be mailing the certificates and we can apply them toward the final balance. Still haven't gotten our first C & A magazine or packet yet. They said that would take 6 to 8 weeks from enrollment.

Maybe you should give them a call. They called me when they credited my acct.
