You call back the NEXT day! Just sharing that recently had an issue where a cruise we booked (Early Saver) had a OBC special. I called that evening and she said "the code you booked under won't let me do it so you can have it". Ok, well I was bummed then someone told me to call back the next day during regular business hours. Got a nice person (other one was friendly also) and she said "sure we can do that for you, oh the code is in here wrong and it won't take, can you hold on while I get this fixed?" ....Sure I can hold on for 200.00 OBC.

I learned this little trick when I was 23 or so. Lol
