Renowned Chinese Artist Tan Ping is to Paint the Hull of the Norwegian Cruise Line's new vessel for China, Norwegian Joy. She's 163,000 gross tonnes, 4,200 passengers, with Go-Carts and Hover Bumper cars - entering service March 2017.
