Cocochanel26 Posted August 1, 2016 #26 Share Posted August 1, 2016 I ran into a situation this booking with a PVP giving me incorrect info also. I sent my PVP an email telling her I was planning to book a cruise with her at the end of the week and was questioning would she be in the office at that time. She said yes. I then informed her I was planning a group cruise and asked her if she could handle that. She said yes, and to have everyone book through her. Well after more research I find that you have to book through the Group PVP's.
Viesczy Posted August 1, 2016 #27 Share Posted August 1, 2016 Think of Carnival phone reps as doctors. General 800 folks know a little about a lot of things, like your general doctor. You go see them w a malady, they give you a course of action that should fix the situation. A 'hey doc, my shoulder hurts' sorta deal and he gives you some anti-inflams and a rest protocol. The PVP are the specialists. So when the anti-flams aren't working and your shoulder is actually out of socket the orthopedic specialist gets your dislocated flipper flipping the way it should. Have a great cruise!
