Best cruise line for slow walkers

Hello to all,

I am new to the Forums...and to cruising. I am very interested in cruising the Douro River in Portugal and wondering if and which cruise lines may have easier shore excursions for slow walkers. Also, which cruise lines may have an elevator between floors of their cruise ships for Portugal.

 

Any advice would be much appreciated - thank you in advance.

A guidebook would be VERY helpful, as far as what's available in your ports... generally, river cruises are quite easy and non-physical...
