hayleyfever Posted August 4, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 4, 2016 Hi we wanted to do this cruise next year. We have fully exhausted the epic over the last three years but cannot afford to fly to the carribean from the uk. Now this big ship is coming from the carribean to the baltic capitals can anyone give me a review of the ship and facitiites and any tips/hints of where to stay in copehagen for a few days please. Thanks Hayley

FreestyleNovice Posted August 4, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 4, 2016 When booking this one, be aware that some of the Stockholm stops are not in Stockholm city IIRC!

Travel R Posted August 4, 2016 #5 Share Posted August 4, 2016 We are booked for June. I have just begun really doing the research for this, but as mentioned above, the Baltic threads have some good info on them.

Thanks Hayley[/quote We have sailed on both the Breakaway and Getaway and will come over on the transatlantic. They are pretty identical. Obviously we like it well enough to do it again. We have had balconies each time. This time we are doing the spa balcony because we have so many sea days. In the Caribbean we didn't bother because we were off the ship so much. We have sailed the jewel ships also. This one has far more things to do which was important for our big family reunion cruise. The ship is easy to get around and even when full, it doesn't seem crowded except by the pools. We stay away from them. Specialty dining restaurants, especially Cagney and LeBistro are great love to go to the smaller restaurants of Taste and Savor for breakfast or lunch as we could sit quietly and talk. Ask anything. Would be glad to share what I know
