Breakaway Promo Freebies

On a Breakaway cruise we are looking at, it says that they have a promo offer of which you can choose any two out of 5 offers. For some reason the free 250 mins of wi-fi can't be done online, but only over the phone. Anyway, If I chose the free wi-fi and Cabin Service Charge as my two choices , would there be a service charge in the grand total ? The reason I ask is because they have craftily written it so that there is still a fee required.....so, its not really free). For example, if I chose Unlimited Bar Drinks and In Stateroom Service charges as my two choices, there would still be Free Promo Service Charge of $199 for both of us.

That service charge is for the drink package. Both the drink package and the dining package require paying the service charge (unless you're booking a full suite). The other freebies do not come with a service charge.
