Rare pirate4me2 Posted August 23, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 23, 2016 Hey all, I remember a few years ago on our first cruise DH and I purchased a mouthpiece for snorkeling onboard the ship when we purchased our shore excursion. Do they still sell these onboard the ships, and if so, how much are they? Also, are you only allowed to buy them onboard if you purchase the excursion once onboard, or can I reserve our excursions online thru the website and then purchase the mouthpiece on the ship? Thanks for any info you can provide, my mom is interested in snorkeling but said she wants her own mouthpiece. :)
cocoaloco Posted August 23, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 23, 2016 at the excursions desk whether you reserve in advance or not. It will be a very simple j- tube with no float valve on top to keep water out. better to go to a store on shore and buy a better:) snorkel and take it with you. the cost on board is $10 I think. Rare nydney1 Posted August 23, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 23, 2016 I thought they were $5-10 as well. I agree it is better to get one before you board the ship.
