being picked up at port of Baltimore

I have a friend who is cruising with us out of balto. on gos. She mentioned that her daughter & grandkids would like to pick her up when we return so they can see her get off the ship. Do they still allow people waiting to pick up passengers to watch the ship dock. Thanks

Hi, I'm still trying to get an answer to my question about being picked up. Has anyone had someone pick them up from the balto. port & were they able to see you disembark? I know things have changed since 9/11. Thanks

Last year my brother picked us up from Grandeur in Baltimore. There was a special parking lot for those who were picking up passengers. A quick shuttle bus took us from the ship to the parking lot.
